HOW OUR TALENT PROCESS WORKS?

PathCare endorses a competency-based approach when acquiring talent. During this process we focus not only assessing candidates against the appropriate competencies but also take into account the PathCare values. This approach supports our belief in following a fair and transparent process.

Positions are initially advertised internally so as to encourage the promoting and developing of internal talent. However, we also advertise externally across various mediums but more specifically on the PathCare website.

Over and above interviewing, the talent acquisition process may include proficiency/psychometric testing for shortlisted candidates to determine further suitability for the position.

As an employer, we are committed to equality in all employment practices and the company’s approved employment equity plan and targets will be considered as part of the talent acquisition process.
